Notes Significant portions of the ballad have been torn off, including most of the title of Part One, and most of the last column.

The ESTC cites the potential printer from the Stationers' Register: "Entered to E. Blackmore 13 February. 1633." It also offers a portion of the title, although the source of the title is unclear: "[Londons affright]."
